About Our Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Barber Heroz Studio.
We kindly ask you to take a moment to read the following important notice regarding cancellations.

How to Book

■ Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made at least two days in advance of your appointment.
If a cancellation is made after this period, the following fees will apply:

Day before the appointment: 50% of the service fee

Same-day cancellation: 100% of the service fee

No-shows: Future reservations will not be accepted

Cancellation Policy

Since opening, I have done my best to create a space where clients can feel comfortable booking freely.
Fortunately, as the number of clients has grown, it has become increasingly difficult for me to accommodate everyone as a solo barber.

Each time slot is reserved for clients who genuinely wish to visit Barber Heroz Studio.
When a cancellation occurs at the last minute, it becomes difficult to offer that time to someone else—and to be honest, that time often just goes unused.

Of course, I understand that unexpected situations arise, but I sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation in minimizing cancellations whenever possible.
